Rose D. Schneider was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1988. Since that time, she has practiced with various sized Florida law firms as well as The Florida Bar. Mrs. Schneider has practiced primarily in the areas of Estate Planning, Estate Administration and Attorney Ethics.
Estate Planning and Estate Administration
Mrs. Schneider understands clients often hesitate to formalize or update their estate plan. Mrs. Schneider strives to provide options to clients to help them try to achieve their estate planning goals in a timely manner. In Probate and Trust Administration matters, Personal Representatives and Trustees have many fiduciary duties often combined with emotional issues. Mrs. Schneider is committed to diligently representing Personal Representatives and Trustees so the administrations proceed on schedule.
Mrs. Schneider has been certified as an Accredited Estate Planner® (AEP®) designee by the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils (NAEPC). This designation is awarded by the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils to recognize estate planning professionals who meet stringent requirements of experience, knowledge, education, professional reputation and character. An AEP® designee must embrace the team concept of estate planning and adhere to the NAEPC Code of Ethics, as well as participate in annual renewal and recertification process.
The NAEPC is a national organization of professional estate planners and affiliated local estate planning councils focused on establishing and monitoring the highest professional and educational standards. NAEPC fosters public awareness of the quality services rendered by professionals who meet these standards. NAEPC builds a team approach involving cross-professional disciplines to better serve the public's need for estate planning.
Ethics
Mrs. Schneider brings to her Estate Planning and Estate Administration practice her ethics knowledge and experience. She worked for The Florida Bar as an Assistant Ethics Counsel for almost five years. As such, Mrs. Schneider provided oral and written ethics opinions to Florida attorneys regarding their own contemplated conduct under the ethics rules. Regarding attorney ethics issues, Mrs. Schneider also served as a guest speaker at seminars and published articles.

Because the firm is located on Federal Highway/U.S. 1, close to I-95 and Florida’s turnpike, it is also easily accessible to residents in St. Lucie, Indian River, Okeechobee and Palm Beach County.
